What Real Mom’s Do on a Snow Day
I could sit here and pour out a whole bunch of fluff about how my children and I had so many fun, educational, learning experiences on their recent snow day, but that would all be a big fat lie!
What we actually did was pull out some movies we’d been buying up and stockpiling just for this very occasion. We handed the kids 5 hours worth of DVD’s and with a kiss blown across the room, we hoped and prayed they would remain quietly in the basement watching quality family entertainment. Well, not so much quality but it sure was entertaining! Who doesn’t love Larry the Cable Guy?
