Supernanny to the Rescue
ABC News offers an ultra-brief Q&A with Jo.
After three episodes of “Supernanny” aired in the United Kingdom in the summer of 2004, Jo Frost became Britain’s hottest new TV star and a godsend to desperate parents who were dazzled by her taming of unruly children.
It didn’t take long for the buzz to cross the pond. “Supernanny” premiered in the United States in early 2005 and now airs in 47 countries. Frost, 35, never imagined she would become a household name when she started out as a nanny 16 years ago.
Definately worth clicking over if you’ve got school aged children, as the more recent episodes have focused on pre-schoolers.
