My Chia Family
It feels like I’m living in a chia family lately. I didn’t want to say anything too early for fear of jinxing our situation, but now that all is said and done, I can share as much as I like.
Last week was a very busy week here in our little household. Last Thursday we found out we were going to be taking custody of my husbands two children, ages 13 and 15. So we’ve had a very busy weekend getting everyone settled in and prepared to start their new school this morning.
I’m sure there will be plenty of challenges and times when I want to scream for Jo Jo to come visit us, but for the most part, I’m sure it will be a blessing too.
So, if there’s anyone out there who would like to share some tips on being the mom of FOUR teenagers and/or blending a family of four teens, I’d love to hear! I’m going to need all the help and support I can get.
